## Summary

Threee is an offline timing game. **We do not collect, transmit, or sell personal data.** A small amount of information is stored **only on your device** so the app can remember your settings and best score.

## What data is stored on your device

This data is saved using Android’s local storage (DataStore). It is **not** sent to our servers or any third party — the app has **no internet access**.

## What we do not collect

- No account, name, email, or phone number inside the app  
- No location data  
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs  
- No crash reporting services that upload data  
- No payment or purchase data

## Permissions

Threee requests only:

- **Vibration** — optional haptic feedback during gameplay (can be turned off in Settings)

The app does **not** request network, camera, microphone, contacts, or location permissions.

## Third parties

We do not share data with third parties. The app does not connect to external services.

Google Play may process data according to [Google’s privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) when you download or update the app through the Play Store. That processing is between you and Google, not controlled by this app.

## Data retention and deletion

All app data remains on your device until you:

- uninstall the app, or  
- clear app data / storage in Android system settings  

There is no remote copy to delete on our side.

## Your rights (EEA / Germany)

Under the GDPR, you generally have rights to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of personal data. Because we do not receive or store your data on our servers, **you can exercise these rights by managing or removing data on your device** as described above.

## Children

Threee is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

## Changes

We may update this policy if the app changes (e.g. new features that store or transmit data). The “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
