EvoFall is an offline puzzle game. We do not operate servers for this app and do not receive personal data from you. All game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
This policy explains what the app stores locally, which permissions it uses, and what happens when you open external links from the lexicon.

The app stores the following information locally using Android DataStore (preferences on your device):

This data is not transmitted to us or to third parties by the app. It is not used for profiling or advertising.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis:
We do not rely on consent for core local storage because the app cannot function without saving progress on your device.
The app requests vibration permission only, to provide optional haptic feedback during gameplay. You can disable haptics in the app settings.
The app does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, or the internet as an Android permission.
The lexicon may show links to external websites (for example Wikipedia, museums, or space agencies). If you tap a link, your device opens the system browser. Those websites are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites.
The current version of EvoFall does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or social login.
The app may allow Android’s backup mechanism to include app data in device backups (for example Google backup on your phone), depending on your device settings. We do not receive backup data. You can manage backup in your device settings.
EvoFall is suitable for general audiences (Everyone / PEGI 3). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children because we do not collect personal data through the app at all.

You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not hold your data on our servers, you can exercise erasure directly on your device as described above. Contact us if you need help.
We may update this policy when the app changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Für die lokale Speicherung ist keine Einwilligung erforderlich, da die App ohne Speicherung auf dem Gerät nicht sinnvoll nutzbar ist.
Die App fordert nur die Berechtigung Vibration an (optionale Haptik beim Spielen). Haptik können Sie in den App-Einstellungen deaktivieren.
Die App fordert keinen Zugriff auf Standort, Kamera, Mikrofon, Kontakte oder Internet als Android-Berechtigung an.
Im Lexikon können Links zu externen Websites erscheinen (z. B. Wikipedia, Museen, Raumfahrtbehörden). Beim Tippen öffnet Ihr Gerät den Systembrowser. Diese Websites unterliegen den Datenschutzbestimmungen der jeweiligen Betreiber. Wir haben keinen Einfluss auf Drittanbieter-Websites.
Die aktuelle Version von EvoFall enthält keine Analyse- oder Werbe-SDKs und kein Social Login.
Je nach Geräteeinstellungen kann Android App-Daten in Geräte-Backups einbeziehen (z. B. Google-Backup). Wir erhalten keine Backup-Daten. Backups verwalten Sie in den Geräteeinstellungen.
EvoFall richtet sich an ein allgemeines Publikum (Everyone / PEGI 3). Wir erheben wissentlich keine personenbezogenen Daten von Kindern, da die App überhaupt keine personenbezogenen Daten an uns übermittelt.
Daten verbleiben auf Ihrem Gerät, bis Sie:
Sie haben ggf. Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde. Da wir Ihre Daten nicht auf unseren Servern speichern, können Sie Löschung direkt auf dem Gerät vornehmen (siehe oben). Bei Fragen kontaktieren Sie uns.
Wir können diese Erklärung bei App-Änderungen aktualisieren. Das Datum „Last updated“ / „Zuletzt aktualisiert“ oben wird angepasst. Die weitere Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung zur aktualisierten Fassung.
