EvoFall is a free-to-play merge puzzle game with educational facts about evolution and related topics. The App is intended for casual entertainment and general education. It is not a substitute for professional scientific, medical, or educational advice.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for non-commercial personal use only.

All rights in the App, including art, text, audio, and code, remain with us or our licensors.
Creature merge order in the game is a game mechanic, not a statement of real evolutionary relationships. In-game and store text explains that evolution in nature branched in many directions.
Facts and sources in the lexicon are provided for interest. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is complete or current. Fictional or speculative tiers are marked in the App.
The lexicon may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. Use them at your own risk.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. Updates may be required to continue using the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero, as the App is free).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights in your country).
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.
We may revise these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noted in the store listing or App. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
Courts in Germany shall have jurisdiction where permitted by law; consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence where required by law.

Wir gewähren Ihnen ein persönliches, nicht ausschließliches, nicht übertragbares, widerrufliches Recht, die App auf Geräten, die Sie besitzen oder kontrollieren, nicht-kommerziell zu nutzen.

Die Merge-Reihenfolge im Spiel ist eine Spielmechanik, keine Darstellung realer evolutionärer Abstammung. In der App wird erläutert, dass Evolution in der Natur verzweigt ist.
Lexikon-Fakten dienen der Information. Vollständigkeit und Aktualität werden nicht garantiert. Fiktive oder spekulative Stufen sind gekennzeichnet.
Das Lexikon kann auf Websites Dritter verlinken. Für deren Inhalte und Richtlinien sind wir nicht verantwortlich. Nutzung auf eigenes Risiko.
Wir können die App jederzeit ändern, aussetzen oder einstellen. Für die weitere Nutzung können Updates nötig sein. Ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit wird nicht zugesichert.
Die App wird „wie besehen“ und „wie verfügbar“ bereitgestellt, im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang ohne ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung.
Im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang haften wir nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere, Folge- oder Strafschäden oder entgangenen Gewinn/Dataverlust durch Nutzung der App.
Die Gesamthaftung für Ansprüche im Zusammenhang mit der App ist begrenzt auf den Betrag, den Sie in den zwölf Monaten vor dem Anspruch für die App gezahlt haben (in der Regel null, da die App kostenlos ist).
Zwingende gesetzliche Haftung (insbesondere Verbraucherrechte) bleibt unberührt.
Sie können die Nutzung jederzeit durch Deinstallation beenden. Bei Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen können wir die Nutzung einschränken. Bestimmungen, die ihrer Natur nach fortgelten (Haftung, anwendbares Recht), gelten weiter.
Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen und das Datum „Last updated“ aktualisieren. Wesentliche Änderungen können im Store oder in der App erwähnt werden. Fortgesetzte Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung.
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss kollisionsrechtlicher Regeln. Für Verbraucher in der EU/EWR können zusätzlich zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Wohnsitzstaats gelten.
Gerichtsstand in Deutschland, soweit gesetzlich zulässig; Verbraucher können ggf. am Wohnsitz klagen.
